You will create and maintain systems and processes for the recruitment, support, and excellent engagement of volunteers. Assisting in the development of a volunteer strategy in order to fulfil the requirements for Investors in Volunteering status, you will have a highly organised and proactive approach coupled with excellent influencing and communication skills. You will have a minimum of one year’s experience of working with volunteers and developing training/ induction events.
