Level 4 Housing Support - Fife
What Does Housing Support Fife Offer?
Housing Support Fife offers a support service to vulnerable adults living in their own tenancies. This assists clients to develop their own ability to live independently in the community. Support and advice is available for budgeting, addiction relapse prevention, independent living skills, emotional issues, benefits, household management and developing social skills. The Housing Support team work in partnership with other appropriate statutory and voluntary agencies in the community.
Who Can Apply?
The service considers formal referrals of vulnerable adults - single men and women, and families.
How To Apply
Referrals are welcome directly from agencies working with vulnerable adults living in their own tenancies. Agencies should make referrals via the Fife Council Supporting People Team in Glenrothes. Applicants will be interviewed and assessed by one of our Housing Support team members. As part of the process, reference may be requested from the referring agency; e.g. Social Worker.
