We are thrilled to have won such a coveted award. It is so encouraging to have our work commended in this way, especially at such a time as this, when the need for our services is greater than ever. This honour gives a real boost to all of our staff and volunteers as we continue to help hundreds of homeless and vulnerable people throughout Scotland every day. Notes to Editors: Bethany Christian Trust’s mission is to relieve the suffering and meet the long-term needs of homeless and vulnerable people. Our vision is to see homelessness reduced and vulnerable people empowered to live independently within society. Bethany provides a wide range of services including addiction support, accommodation, furniture provision, community education and employment opportunities to anyone who needs our services, regardless of their background or belief. Over 3,000 homeless and vulnerable people are supported by Bethany every year, in partnership with some 300 organisations in Scotland. Bethany Christian Trust is a Scottish Charity, based in Edinburgh and founded in 1983. |
